- Inseparability from improvement in field of technology and information science, a number of challenges faced by academic libraries both seen from macro and micro perspectives. These challenge i.e. to implement philosophy “student first”, to make library management and operational more accountable, not to ignore importance of public agenda, and related to entrepreneurship. With philosophy that students as primary customers and teaching staff as primary resources, supported by high accountability, ability to collaborate with various campus components, and entrepreneurship skill, widening roles of higher education libraries will be a reality.
