Hubungan Peranan Kepemimpinan Dengan Disiplin Kerja Pegawai Di UPT Puskesmas Indrapura Kecamatan Air Putih Kabupaten Batu Bara 2017

  • The organization will be successful and able to accomplish the social responsibility in pursuing the goals depends on its leader, whether the leader is able to done every task satisfactory; there is a possibility if the organization to achieve their target. Due to the fact, the organization ethos that seemed at the Public Health Service of Indrapura such as came to the office was not on time; left the office were not at right time; wrong dresses; and worked inappropriately thus made a disparity between the leader and the other employees. Due to the work discipline, the employees were not discipline and it was assumed because of lack of management andsupervise form the leader. The research was conducted by using the survey explanatory research method to analyze the acquaintance of the leader’s roles to the employees’ work discipline at Public Health Service of Indrapura which consist of 38 employees. The research was analyzed five variables; the acquaintance of communication and work discipline, the acquaintance of management and work discipline, the acquaintance of supervise and work discipline, the acquaintance of motivation and work discipline and the acquaintance of rewarding and work discipline. Based on the statistics analysis result by using the korelasi pearson product moment test, the value obtained of p=0.117., therefore, statistically, there were no acquaintance of communication and work discipline of the employees; p=0.006 statistically there were a significant acquaintance of management and work discipline of the employees; p= 0.004 statistically, there were the acquaintance of supervise and the work discipline of the employees; p=0.307 statistically, there were no acquaintance of motivation and work discipline of the employees; and the last, p=0.816 statistically, that that there were no significant acquaintance of rewarding and work discipline of the employees at Public Health Service of Indrapura. Based on the five variables analyzed concerned about the leadership and the work discipline of the employees has revealed that there were the acquaintance of the leader’s role at the management and supervise variables to work discipline of the employees. Deal with the circumstance found, an evoking to the leader of the Public Health Service to improve the management and supervise to create a better work discipline atmosphere.
  • Organisasi yang berhasil dalam mencapai tujuan serta mampu memenuhi tanggung jawab sosialnya akan sangat tergantung pada pemimpin, bila pemimpin mampu melaksanakan dengan baik, sangat mungkin organisasi tersebut akan mencapai sasarannya. Kebudayaan organisasi yang terlihat di puskesmas Indrapura seperti masuk kantor tidak tepat waktu, pulang kantor tidak tepat waktu, tidak memakai seragam sesuai yang ditetapkan serta bekerja tidak sesuai dengan prosedur dapat mengakibatkan adanya kesenjangan antara pimpinan dan pegawai dalam hal pelaksanaan disiplin kerja. kurang baiknya disiplin kerja pegawai puskesmas Indrapura diasumsikan karena kurangnya pengarahan dan pengawasan dari seorang pimpinan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey explanatory research, untuk menganilisis hubungan peranan kepemimpinan dengan disiplin kerja pegawai puskesmas Indrapura yang berjumlah 38 orang. Penelitian ini menganalisis 5 variabel yakni hubungan komunikasi dengan disiplin kerja, hubungan pengarahan dengan disiplin kerja, hubungan pengawasan dengan disiplin kerja, hubungan memotivasi dengan disiplin kerja, dan hubungan pemberian penghargaan dengan disiplin kerja. Berdasarkan hasil analisis statistik menggunakan uji korelasi Pearson product moment diperoleh nilai p=0,117 sehingga secara statistik dapat diartikan bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara komunikasi dengan disiplin kerja pegawai puskesmas, diperoleh nilai p=0,006 secara statistik dapat diartikan bahwa ada hubungan signifikan antara pengarahan dengan disiplin kerja pegawai puskesmas. Diperoleh nilai p=0,004 secara statistik dapat diartikan ada hubungan antara pengawasan dengan disiplin kerja pegawai puskesmas, diperoleh nilai p=0,307 secara statistik dapat diartikan bahwa tidak ada hubungan memotivasi dengan disiplin kerja pegawai puskesmas, selanjutnya diperoleh nilai p=0,816 secara statistik dapat diartikan tidak ada hubungan signifikan antara pemberian penghargaan dengan disiplin kerja pegawai puskesmas Indrapura. Dari semua variabel kepemimpinan dengan disiplin kerja pegawai hasilnya dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan peranan kepemimpinan pada variabel pengarahan dan pengawasan dengan disiplin kerja pegawai. Disarankan agar kepala puskesmas agar lebih meningkatkan pengarahan dan pengawasan kerja agar tercipta suatu kondisi disiplin kerja yang baik.
