- The objective of this research would be to collect the reliable data in order to know the attitude of students against facilities and services of USU Library. The approach used in this research is “user study”. The population in this research is all the students who registered as member of USU Library with sample as much as 400 respondents, which is determined by using Krejcie table. Data is collected by distributing the questionnaires. Data is analyzed by using descriptive statistic. Generally, the attitude of respondents against facilities of library is good. The attitude of respondents against layout of library building, room setting, illumination, furniture’s, journal/magazines collection, newspapers collection, electronic collection, and online catalog is positive, while attitude of respondents against book and reference collection is negative. The attitude of respondents against library service system and whole service unit available in the USU Library is positive.
