- Coffee plantation area in Karo regency trends to increase from year to year, identifyingthe increasing interest of farmers to develop coffee farming. This research was conducted in Suka Village, Tigapanah District, Karo Regency, with a Purposive method. The purpose of this study was to analyze the income of Arabica coffee farming per year and what factors influence income in the study area. The are analytical method used in the study is descriptive and multiple linear regression. The research results obtained are : Arabica coffee farming isclassified as a profitable business with total income of Rp. 17.101.713 / farmer / Year and Rp. 29.485.712/ hectare / Year; Simultaneously the production, land area, coffee price, farmer’s age, farming experience, and outpouring of labor have a significant effect on arabica coffee farming income in the research area.
- Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Suka, Kecamatan Tigapanah, Kabupaten Karo, dengan metode Purposive. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pendapatan usahatani kopi arabika pertahun dan faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi pendapatan di daerah penelitian. Metode analisis yamg digunakan dalam penelitian adalah Deskriptif dan Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah : usahatani kopi tergolong usaha menguntungkan dengan total pendapatan sebesar Rp. 17.101.713 / Petani / Tahun dan sebesar Rp. 29.485.712 / hektar / Tahun; Secara serempak produksi, luas lahan, harga kopi, usia petani, pengalaman bertani dan curahan tenaga kerja berpengaruh nyata terhadap pendapatan usahatani kopi arabika didaerah penelitian.
