- When we come to a library there is one room that looks deserted and rarely visited by library users. The room contains collections that cannot be borrowed but they are only be read on the spot. But actually in the room the library users can obtain the information needed by asking the librarian. The librarian will try to answer or seeks answers to questions from library users using reference collections.
