- Improving career skills is a right for everyone, including librarians. For librarians who want to improve their librarian career path through category transfer must take into account the prevailing regulations. Librarians must be more careful in choosing educational institutions in order to continue their education in the field of library science. It aims to make his career potential as a librarian really effective. In addition, librarians should also pay attention to the formation of expert librarian positions through consultation with administrative staff or related officials in the library regarding the availability of librarian formation.
