  • Library services are the important activity, because service activity as a spearhead from the activity of library. Success or not a library can be seen from the activity of library. The aim of this research was to find out. (1) the strength, the weakness, and the challenges in the field of consumer service, (2) to repairing and to improve performance of librarian and staff as a whole. This research used descriptive method. Source of data of this research was the active library consumer that visit and exploit library, there was 136 respondens. The result of this research indicates that the activity that was given during one yearcan fulfill each consumer service. This seen form the answer of question which has been answer by respondent, relation among librarian, librarian and consumer communicate staff Bengkulu University.
