- Communication is a process of information delivery. This information is delivered through language. Language ability will be able to improve ability of communication. Language intelligence is thinking ability in words and in using language for uttering and giving the meaning. This ability can get from reading. Reading is a process that can give alteration in attitude. Reading activity can get in library. Thereby, it needs to activate the library to the future, or making the library will go on for the future, consistent, and full of commitment. Thus, the library role and the library function is true for using with good
