- Based on interlingua corpus, the article statistically study semantic errors on Chinese verbs made by Indonesian students from the point of view of lexicon and semantics, analyses four types of errors; synonym error, polysemy error, confusable words error, word-building analogy error and then discusses the causes of error. We hope this study can offer some reference for the Chinese teaching in Indonesia.
