- The establishment of subsidized apartment is one solution to solve the housing need problem for cheap but healthy housing. Subsidized apartment enable the society with low-purchasing power to have opportunities to have their own houses. Subsidized apartment gives a significant benefits in several aspects, which are psychological, social and economic aspects. In this research, researcher will count the economic value by using Net Present Value (NPV), Benefit Cost Ratio (B/C Ratio) and Internal Rate of Return (IRR) approach. This research concludes that the establishment of subsidized apartments will give beneficial effects especially in economic aspect. It is hoped that this research result will encourage the society to have their own housings, i.e. subsidized apartments.
