- BPP-BSDM is one of the organizations in Maranatha Christian University that has responsibility to improve skill and knowledge all human resources staffs. They have to handle the training process for lecturer and all staffs in Maranatha Christian University. The main problem is the process of training is still manual from invite lecturer or staff to join the training, the register process until end of the training process. So they need to implement system that can keep the large amount of training data, and make the data integrated. This paper is to analyze, develop and implement software to help and making easier of user task in BPP-BSDM so the input, process and report for the organization can be automate.
