- Knowledge management is a process to coordinate the use of information, knowledge and experience. It is become necessity for organization that continues to growth to manage their knowledges and experiences, so they can reduce redundancy of error. This research will focus on how to build Knowledge Management System in CV. Indotai Pratama Jaya especially in Production Division. The knowledge itself will be presented in web format using intranet technology. Web can help all participant including user, expert and knowledge developer to interact more efficient, effektive and interactive. PHP Programming and MySQL with the use of Content Management System will support the building of the system. With the presence of this system,the expectation to save time, efforts and expences in Production Division will be achived.
