- The improvement in information technology has been increased day by days along with the more requests to make the business process in the company will be much efficient and secure. In company, the need of information system is very important now days. PT X is a company that has more than 1000 staff so they need a system to manage human resources start from the recruitment process, personnel administration, payroll, training and development, personnel cost planning. One of the human resources management that must be maintained is training and development process. This paper will explain about the implementation of training and development process that build an software that run on web based application and has several functions such as create training, preparation of resources for training, booking training, and reporting.
