The purpose of this community service activity is to provide knowledge to the employees of PT Atrya Swascipta Rekayasa about financial planning, how to manage debt and pension preparation in order to improve the welfare of the employees of PT Atrya Swascipta Rekayasa. The method used in community service activities at PT Atrya Swascipta Rekayasa is to hold a short talkshow and a workshop on financial planning, managing debt and pension preparation. The expected outcome of this community service activity is that employees of PT Atrya Swascipta Rekayasa can gain knowledge and try to apply knowledge about financial planning, how to manage debt and retirement preparation so that the welfare of these employees can increase over time.
