- Nowadays, Character building is required to be embed on the routines of the Higher Education’s activities. Service through the community partnerships helps students to make greater connection to the world around them with the application of knowledge, art, science, and technology. This paper is discussed how the Universitas Kristen Maranatha applies the university’s values, such as: Integrity, Care, and Excellent, through the activity in the integrated community service. The main purpose of the community service was building maintenance of the school buildings at first but in the practice, there were several activities, such as: culture exchange, health, etc. involved. Three approached methods, theoretically, practically, and training were applied in the activities. Findings are the process includes introduction, consolidation, and autonomy before the students can be one team and serve the community, and the three values are successfully built through the activities.
