- The aim of this research is to know all aspect about emotional intelligence of junior medical doctor at "X" University Bandung. This research used emotional intelligence questionnaire based on Daniel Goleman's (1995/1997) theory among 148 junior medical doctors from "X" University Bandung. The result of this research shown about 50.7% of junior doctors from "X" University Bandung gained high level of emotional intelligence, within their fifth aspects (i.e. knowing one's emotions, managing emotions, motivating oneself, recognizing others' emotions, also handling relationship). Another 49,3% of junior medical doctors from "X" University Bandung gained lower level of emotional intelligence within their fifth aspects. The relevant factor influenced emotional intelligence of the junior medical doctors is learning factor and family matters factor.
