- Pharmacies X is a pharmacy that provides various types of medicines are required by the people. Pharmacies X having trouble in inventory of medicines, which is often order medicine too much, but actually the medicine is still existing. Therefore, this research offers a solutions for Pharmacies X, that is an application that implements the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method. The Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) is the number of units medicines that a Pharmacies should add to inventory with each order to minimize the total costs of inventory. Data collection of this research using interviews and observation method by the Pharmacy X. The data are standar operational procedure, rules and documents. Based on the data, was made business process model using flow chart diagram and data models using entity relationship diagram. The business process and entity relationship diagram model used to design application that apply EOQ method.
