- In the e-commerce, the implementation of CRM have several benefit such as the convenience of shopping, cross selling, up selling and purchasing decision-making system in the computer and profit for the seller will be increased. Cross selling is used in the purchase of a computer component that recommends items related to the components to be purchased. Up selling is used in recommending the purchase of computer components that are similar with a higher sale value. Decision-making system will be using greedy algorithm in the purchase of computer with their own funds. This application will be implementing CRM features such as cross selling, upselling and also implementing Decision Support Sytem with greedy algorithm for searching suitable computer depend on customer budget.
