users. Real estate company PT. Greenhouse has obstacles in promoting property
including selling and buying. There are many potential buyers who have difficulty
in bidding on the property to be purchased, that is why they have been expecting
website to be realized. PT Greenhouse real estate website created using ASP.
NET and SQL Manager 2008 R2 to implement a dynamic website. This website is
used by administrators and agent to register property listing. The mortgage
calculations features were made to help the potential buyers in the calculation of
