- Many industries with same product are compete to give the best services for customer needs and satisfaction. Regarding this the company should be hold out the quality and right timing for every product. In order the product can be finished with the right time, the company needs to apply scheduling method which can support good production process. Based on above case, scheduling process is needed for implementation of production process activity, beside that the quality of product must be attended and has priority. In this observation will be used the method of Campbell Dudek Smith (CDS) method.The result of this observation shows that using CDS method gives makespan 1398.27 hours and among 8 jobs, there is 1 job that can be finished earlier.
