- Document Information System management was designed to manage and process digital documents in the Faculty of Information Technology Maranatha Christian Univercity. Documents in this application are the documents files that have been converted to digital documents and the files stored on this application can also be downloaded. Additionally, this application can also search for documents by keyword or specific criteria and can provide notification if the validity period of the document runs out. In designing this system, data sources and information were obtained from the Faculty of Information Technology Maranatha Christian Univercity. This application was designed by the programming language Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) and MySQL database in XAMPP software. The preparation of reports on the application was run by FPDF (Free Portable Document Format).
