- In globalization era, just like now, leadership is oneof important element in reach, maintain, and increase organization performance. Leadership as one of guider to organization direction and purpose must able to face this era development. There are many kinds of leadership, such as transactional leadership, charismatic leadership, visionary leadership, and group leadership. One of important leadership in this very fast change era is charismatic leadership. Charismatic leadership is leadership where follower made leadership capability attributions which heroic orextraordinary when they investigate certain behaviors. Charismatic leadership always can generate satisfaction and commitment of the followers. This study investigated howare relationship among charismatic leadership with job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The sample of this research are hotel employees in Bandung area. The result showed that there is significant positive relationship between charismatic leadership and organizational commitment and there is no positive significant relationship between charismatic leadership and job satisfaction.
