- Progress of technology and business needs are not always aligned. Therefore it is necessary to do some analysis. Analysis of Centralization Information System of Value Added Taxes at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) using COBIT 4.1 framework aimed at determining the effectiveness and improving the efficiency of the system at the company it is also to see how the system met the criteria to fulfill data security, data integration, user training systems, and the performance of the system to meet business objectives. Analyses were performed using the COBIT 4.1 on the following processes PO1 Define a Strategic IT Plan, DS5 Ensure Systems Security, DS12 Manage the Physical Environment, DS7 Educate and Train Users, and DS11 Manage Data. Data obtained from interviews with PIC Tax System of PT Pos Indonesia and related documents. It is expected that the creation of this report can help companies to improve the system performance.
