- This research was done to examine the exis tence of working motivation at cracker company of Kijang Brand in Indramayu as well as the effect toward the performance. Data gathered through direct survey. Questioner had been spreaded to 44 respondents with the level of return is 100%. From correlation analysis and regression, the result is that correlation and the influence of motivation toward the performance of the employee very supported and very significant. From those two hypothesis which had been examined in this research, everything has a positive correlation and significant. The first and second hypothesis are the prove of correlation and effect of working motivation toward employees performance and the positive effect with employee performance, with high significant value.
