  • The purpose of this research is to know how strong the relation of compensation with employee job motivational level, and company becoming object in this research is Guna Bangun Jaya company at Tuparev street no. 87, Cirebon. Data applied in this research is primary data and secondaries collected through interview, questionaire, and bibliography study, sample taken is employee at company. Result of this research analysed with statistical analysis with data obtained from result of questionaire. From result of the research indicates that there is influence or role from compensation financial variable and compensation non-financial variable to employee job motivational level.
