- Polyclinic obstetrics and gynecology as a medical service unit at City Hospital Batam. With the number of rounds were high enough cause transaction processes are increasingly complex. Type of medical records that is currently used in clinic is kind of conventional medical records so that still has many weakness and deficiencies in the operation, resulting in services not be optimal. For that reason this Hospital need a medical records information system that can meet the needs of obstetrics and gynecology clinic. In reporting patient data and medical record aims to provide a necessary information so that appropriate decisions can be taken to assist the performance of the activities carried out on the administration to be implemented effectively and efficiently.
