  • Nowadays, it was realized that the performance measurement focused only on financial aspects to measure the performance of the executive is no longer adequate. The measurement of performance with this system causes the orientation of the company only on short-term profits and tends to ignore the company's survival in the long term. Therefore, the concept of company’s perform measurement is developed which is fairly comprehensive, Balanced Scorecard, which consists of four perspectives that include the perspective of financial, customer, internal business processes, and learning and growth. In this regard, the research was to understand the application of Balanced Scorecard method as a tool to measure performance at OCBC Bank NISP Tbk. Descriptive analysis is used in this study as a model of data analysis. The result shows some of the four perspectives that was analyzed did not have good performance or has not been able to achieve the set target. The company therefore expected to further improve its performance by balancing between the performance of financial and non financial aspects in order to realize its mission and vision.
