  • To deal with the development of the business world that increasingly rapidly, companies are required to do my best in the competition environment. There are many companies in assessing their performance is often focused on performance results as measured by financial measures, regardless of what factors that can support these financially successful. One way to measure performance is to use the balanced scorecard method. Balanced scorecard measurement methods include the financial aspect, relationships with customers, internal business processes, and learning and growth of the company. The author did research aimed to determine the application of balanced scorecard as a performance measure in the company. This research was conducted in CV Trans Sejahtera located in Cilacap which is a service company that specializes in transportation services. Tests carried out by analysis of the data statistical analysis. For data collection is done by using field research techniques, ie observation, interviews and questionnaires. The results will be analyzed and compared with existing theories. Conclusions reached on the basis of questionnaires distributed showing the results of 81.31%.
