- Modernization of tax administration was made to achieve a high level of : (1) voluntary compliance, (2) tax administration trustworthiness, and (3) good performance of tax employee in order to increase tax income through account representative’s service. The purpose of this research is to determine whether account representative’s service has a significant influence towards taxpayer’s compliance. This research uses associative quantitive method with a simple regression analysis. Data were collected through questionnaires from 46 respondens. The conclusion of this research shows that account representative’s service has a significant influance towards taxpayer’s compliance at KPP Bandung Bojonagara.
