- This research aimed to develop comic as a learning media to eleventh grade students in learning material about human excretory system and to know quality and students response toward biology comic learning media. This reseach used research and develompent as the method through three stages such as define, design, and developt. In develop stage, this research consists of three stages such as validation, product revision, and limited trial stage which tested to 20 students of MAN 1 Serang focused on eleventh grade of natural science class. The validation of this research involved lecturers, experts materials, expert lecturers and biology teacher. The result of the expert test shows that comic can be used as a learning media in the human excretory system concept by the average result 85% classified into very decent category. The result of the limited trialto the students shows that comic can be classified into very good category by the results 83,2%. Based on the result of the research, it can be summarized that comic as a media on the subject matter about human excretory system for eleventh grade students decent to used as a learning media.
