This study aims to determine the effect of Extrinsic Motivation and Cultural Organization on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as a mediating In Division HCI (Human Capital Integration) and A (Administration) PT. Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk. This type of research is quantitative research and research using survey techniques. This study uses literature and field research such as interviews, observation and questionnaires. With a sample of 43 respondents, the sampling technique using saturated sample. Data processing research done using SPSS version 20. From the research and the results of calculations using SPSS v.20. Based on the research results obtained extrinsic motivation significant effect on job satisfaction because thitung > ttebel (2.467> 2.019), Cultural organizations significant effect on job satisfaction because thitung > ttabel (6.529 > 2.019), job satisfaction significantly influence employee performance thitung> ttabel ( 12.043 > 2.022), Extrinsic motivation indirect impact directly on the performance of employees through job satisfaction, organizational culture indirect effect on employee performance through job satisfaction.
