  • The Class Action Research (CAR) distriburted by the low level of student learning outcomes and student learning activity at fifth grade of 2 Pejaten state elementary school with under of average value minimum criteria completeness namely 70 in Natural Science Lessons. The purpose of this research is to improve learning of outcomes and student’s learning on material phenomenon by using model of cooperative learning type of think pair share. The researsh done of two cycle every cycle comprise with two meetings and consist of four phase there are planning, immplementation, observation, and reflection. Learning outcomes at the first cycle which is getting value > 70 minimum criteria completeness asmany as 41,87% (it has not achived successful indicator). And then which is getting at second cycle showed that the student which is getting value > 70 asmany ass 93% (it has achived successful indicator). The outcomes agree successful indicator hoped (> 75% increased). Student learning activity at first cycle geeting presentage 46,51% (it has not achived successful indicator) mean while meeting the 2 cycles 1 got 58.13%. at second cycle 1 meeting to get a percentage of 74.41% and a meeting to 2 gets a percentage of 88.37% (it has achived successful indicator). Cooperative model type of think pair share can be increase learning outcomes and student learning activities at fifth grade of 2 Pejaten state elementary school, Serang regency.
