  • This classroom action research aims to improve student learning outcomes by using Project Based Learning Model ( Project Based Learning ) in Subjects IPA in fourth grade . With the formulation of the problem 1 ) . How does the application of the process of learning science by using Project Based Learning Model ? 2 ) . How the learning outcomes of students in science subjects by using Model -Based Learning Project ( Project Based Learning ) ? Classroom action research was conducted in the subjects I Cibadak SDN fourth grade student who totaled 44 students consisted of 18 male students and 26 female students . This research was conducted through two cycles in which each cycle consisted of two meetings . With the implementation of project-based learning model is based on the observation sheet feasibility study in which the performance of teachers in the first cycle to obtain a percentage of 64.28 % which is within the category and activity enough to reach 71.42 % of students are in either category . In the second cycle increased activity both teacher performance and student activity that is equal to 100 % . Acquisition of learning outcomes achieved by students based on preliminary data seen from the UTS on subjects of Natural Sciences of the 2013- 2014 school year in which the number of 44 students have reached mastery criteria Minimum Value ( KKM ) is 24 students , and who have not reached mastery criterion value minimal ( KKM ) is 20 students . So who has not reached the KKM 45.5 % of the value specified in the school after 62 cycles I and II there is a pretty good improvement of 65 % or otherwise completed , totaling 26 students and increased to 87.17 % or numbered 34 students who otherwise completed . It can be concluded that by using a model of project-based learning can improve student learning outcomes are more optimal . Keywords : Learning Outcomes and Project Based Learning .
