- This research is motivated by the fact that the results of the field study mathematics at SDN Binong IV Tangerang most learners have not reached the specified value KKM is 65. The results of field observations find less optimal use of teachers in the learning model. The purpose of this research is to improve the learning outcomes of students and improve the learning activities of students. The model used is a model PTK Kemmis & Mc Taggart comprising the step of Planning (Planning), the implementation phase (Acting), stage of observation (observing) and Reflection phase (Reflecting). This study consisted of two cycles where each cycle consisting of three meetings. Data obtained include learning outcomes data and activity data of students and teachers towards learning. These results indicate the data obtained from the process of learning activities in an effort to improve learning outcomes with the use of MMP models increased. In the first cycle of learning outcomes obtained percentage of 67.92% with a "Good" and the second cycle percentage increased to 88.67% with the title of "Very Good". Results of activity of learners using MMP models in the first cycle obtained percentage Activities 52% category of "Less" and the second cycle 85.41% category of "Very Good".
