- The persons with disability as the part of the public not specifically and maximally has noticed by the provincial government of Banten Province in term of gaining the job. The existence of the legislation Number 8 year 2016 concerning about the obligation of BUMN, BUMD, and the private company to employ the disability. This research is used the supervisory function theory according to Manulang. The method is used is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique is used are the interview, observation, and documentation study. The data analysis technique is used in this research is Sugiyono model. The result of this research is concluded that the labor inspection which carried out by The Labor Supervisory Division The Agency of Labor and Transmigration Banten has not been optimal. The recommendation of this research is The Labor Supervisory Division The Agency of Labor and Transmigration have to encourage the companies in Serang District to give the job opportunity for the persons with disability, the needs of the repairing which should be done about compulsory reporting form, in which to differ between the disability labor with the non-disability labor, the needs of the active role of public if the action of the fraudulence and the deviation of the regulation/legislation applied is found.
