- The purpose of this study was to assess the effect of cost control system (ABC), the integration of information technology (ERP) and corporate social responsibility (CSR) on the financial performance of manufacturing companies. This research was conducted at the manufacturing companies in the city of Cilegon, data collection done by survey method at 55 middle manager. The data is processed by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using a software program Partial Least Square (PLS). This study uses primary data obtained from questionnaires by sampling using purposive sampling method with a sample of middle manager at a manufacturing company in the city of Cilegon. These results indicate that the variable cost control system (ABC), the integration of information technology (ERP) and corporate social responsibility (CSR) has a positive effect on the financial performance of manufacturing companies in the city of Cilegon.
