  • Risks and uncertainties that experienced will impact to performance or target of a project. One of the target or performance which will be a reference in implementation of the project is time performance. In order to overcome the risks involved in the project, accordingly it is necessary to risk management. Risk management started from identifying risk factors, risk analysis and the risk response required to handle existing risks. The purpose of this research is to know risk factors on the structure works of high-rise building projects in DKI Jakarta and Banten that affect the time performance and risks response on the risk factors that have a high risk level. The research used questionnaires method and questionnaire data is analyzed with assistance of software SPSS ver.21 that is descriptive analysis, validity and reliability test, normality test, and correlation then to risk analysis by using an index of risk level. Next, conducted interviews to the experts and analysis of the writer for recommendation risk responses which have a high risk level. The result of this research is obtained five risk factors that have a hard correlation and occupy a high risk level (High) on performance of time, those are: Slow decision-making process by the owner (11.74), The change of design specifications (11.05), intervention of owner (10.41), delay in material delivery (10.32), and Less qualified subcontractors (10.32). Then, is also obtained recomendation risk repons for risk that having the high risk level. Keywords: Risk Management, Time Performance, Structure works, High Rise Building.
