- The aims of this study was to determine how’sthe management of wastemanagement market today in RTC conducted by PT. Pesona Persada Banten as manager of the RTC market. The method used is qualitative method. Data was collected by interviewing the informant study consisting every elements of the manager of PT. Pesona Persada Banten, Serang City Sanitation Department elements, traders and consumers RTC market. Management of research data was using the theory of POAC as waste management approach. The results obtained in the waste management market that RTC is not currently in accordance with the provisions Regulation No. 8 of 2011, there were some staffing issues related to the janitor who resigned, there is no rotation of working hours (shift) which is effective specifically for the janitor, officers Salaran do not use the official uniform RTC market managers, market environment looks grungy, muddy yard and street stalls are broken, the infrastructure that have been unsuitable and need to repair as wheelie bins and temporary shelter as well as the duality of waste management and waste retribution withdrawal between the manager RTC market with Serang City Health Department.
