- This study aims : 1) to describe the empowerment of farmer women group (KWT) can improve attitudes, skills and knowledge of farmers in managing cassava products in Pancaregang village, 2) to describe the empowerment of farmer women groups (KWT) in managing cassava products can increase the income of farmer community in the Pancaregang village, 3) to describe the implementation of activites to empower women farmers in processing cassava products in Pancaregang village. Respondents in this study is members KWT Rahayu Mandiri in Pancaregang village 25 people. The method used is descriptive qualitative with site selection intentionally (purposive) in Pancaregang village district of Tunjung Teja Serang-Banten. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techiques used are observation, interviews, documentation, questionnaire. Based on the results of the study obtained data processing emporwerment of Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Rahayu Mandiri through processing of cassava products the result indicate that there is an influence of the change in knowledge in trying to farm, utilize local products.
