- Smallholder coconut plantation is a community farm developed by the smallholder planters. This research conducted in Kohod’s Village Pakuhaji’s District, Tangerang. This research aimed to find out the business activities, cash flow on funding estimation, and analyze the financial feasibility that happened to change the sensitivity scenario in Kohod Village. The method used in this study is survey conducted as interviews by using questionnaires, and the location of the study was determined intentionally (purposive). This study uses primary and secondary data. Respondents were selected using Simple Random Sampling method. This study uses investment criteria such as Net Present Value, Net Benefit Cost Ratio, Gross Benefit Cost Ratio, Internal Rate of Return, Payback Period, using Discount Factor of Bank Rate 12% Rate BI Rate and Sensitivity Analysis. The calculated data from the existing investment criteria can produce an estimate of changes which will occur as a result of changes in costs and production. The results of the calculation of coconut plantation investment feasibility in the village of Kohod got values of Net Present Value Rp.- 2.093.444, Net Benefit Cost Ratio 0.75, Gross Benefit Cost Ratio 0.88, Internal Rate of Return 10%, and Payback Period 14 year 3 months. So it can be concluded that the community owned coconut plantations in Kohod Village is not feasible because it did not gain profit.
