- This study aims to: 1) identify the motivation of the performance of agricultural extension workers in Cikeusik Subdistrict, Pandeglang District, 2) analyze the income of corn farmers in Cikeusik District, Pandeglang Distict and 3) to describe the relationship between the performance of agricultural extension workers on the income of corn farmers in Cikeusik District, Pandeglang District. The method used in this study are the survey method and the type of research is quantitative descriptive. The sample size of 82 with the sampling method used in this study is Slovin. The results of the study can be known by using the Product Moment correlation formula, to prove the existence of a relationship between the two variables, r count (0.327) ≥ r table (0.215), this states that there is an influence between the performance motivation variable and the farmers' income variable. T table test formula obtained the result of 32.8 after consultation with t table at a significance level of 0.05% (1.663) with degrees of freedom (N-2) = 82-2 = 80 so that t count 32.7> t table is 1.663 . This means that that the hypotheses that have been prepared previously proved acceptable, namely: there is a relationship between motivation of farmer performance and income.as for the acceptance received by the corn farmers in the vilage of sukamulya,cikeusik congestion is as big a Rp. 1.533.350.000 with an average per hectare Rp. 12.672.314 and the income is as big as Rp. 614.066.480 with an average of Rp. 5.074.930.
