- The most appropriate method of counseling in solving problems is the group method. In group life, member morale is not always in a static state, but in a dynamic state, always changing in its implementation. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of group dynamics in farmer groups in Dangdeur Village and the productivity of rice farming during the last harvest season and to analyze how the relationship between group dynamics and farm productivity. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative by using survey method, the location of research is determined purposively (Purposive) with the consideration that farmer group in Dangdeur Village look less dynamic. Data were collected using questionnaires and interviews. The technique of taking respondents using Proportional Random Sampling method. Data analysis was used to analyze the level of group dynamics and farm productivity by using single table analysis and the Strugess formula, while to analyze the relationship between group dynamics with rice productivity with Rank Spearman (R) correlation. Based on the result of research, the level of group dynamics at farmer group in Dangdeur Village is classified as middle category from 42 farmers or 54,5% responden. Productivity of lowland rice farming in farmer group in Dangdeur Village is low, that is 34 respondents or 44,1%. Result of research indicate that there is no significant correlation between group dynamics with productivity of rice field farming.
