- This paper intends to see the relationship between Anies Rasyid Baswedan-Sandiaga Salahuddin Uno (Anies-Sandi) with Forkabi in Jakarta 2017 election. Basically, Forkabi stand up because they felt treat to immigrants. Forkabi originally founded on ethnicity but later transformed into a political extension of a local elite. CSOs that were supposed to be free of political interest, became the political extension of Anies-Sandi during the campaign period in 2017 Jakarta Governor election. This paper used descriptive qualitative method and found that community organizations can play an important role in a local election. Proven with the local elites are currently aggressively used organization as the tim to win the election. The success of this case because member of mass organizations are widespread everywhere. Starting from the level of RT, RW, Village, District, etc. This proves that the existing mass organizations can not be independent or do not have political interest.
