- The purpose of this research was to analyze the students creativity and concept understanding through making 3D media product in the structure of bacteria in the bacteria subconcept for Ten Grade of SMA 3 Kota Serang. The method used in this reseach was a descricptive method. The population of the reseach was all students grade X MIA, and the students of X MIA 4 SMAN 3 Kota Serang which consist of 40 students as the sample. This reseach used simple random sampling technique. The instruments used was a sheet of creative thinking assesment, a sheet of product assesment, and a sheet of multiple choice question. Based on result of this reseach, it can be concluded that creativity of creative thinking aspect belongs to hight category in 70, creative product belongs to good category in 70 and concept undersanding belongs equal category in 64,62%..
