- This study aims to determine whether there’s a relationship between the consumer attitudes toward satisfaction product of sate bandeng. The method used is a descriptive method and associative method. In determining the sample, researchers uses questionnaire data that was distributed to the consumer. Data were analyzed using product moment correlation by SPSS 16. From result of all calculation to 89 responden and by the validity test and reliability test are fulfilled. The result of the product moment correlation is 0.507>0 (r> 0). it shows that there’s a relationship between the consumer attitudes with satisfaction product of sate bandeng in kecamatan serang. The correlation results are in the medium category between ≥0.40 -> 0.70. This correlation is in the medium categorized because there are other things that a limit the relationship between consumer attitudes with product satisfaction. And the result of this research hypothesis is known that 0.000 <0.05 (H0 <α) means H0 rejected and H1 accepted, indicating there is a significant relationship between consumer attitudes with satisfaction product of sate bandeng in kecamatan serang. The conclusion of this research is the consumer attitudes toward satisfaction products of sate bandeng is very good and between consumer attitudes with consumer satisfaction has a medium relationship.
