- The purpose of this research is to analyze about how much the added value of glutinous rice process to be Opak ketan and to know the opak ketan maps at Pandeglang regency, Banten province. Type of this research is a quantitative description. The method that used is a survey method research. Location of this research is Pandeglang regency, Banten Province. This research will be started from 2017 in November to 2018 in April. Data that be used in this research are consist of primary and secondary data. Data analysis method that to know how much the added value is using hayami method, meanwhile for data regarding marketing maps, the method that used is snowball sampling method. The calculation result of added value from each of 1 kg that produced from glutinous rice processing to be opak ketan is, equal to Rp. 45.700,00 for salty opak and Rp. 57.300,00 for opak manis. Salty glutinous opak and opak manis at Pandeglang regency has a total product for about 109 Kg with average total 5,19 kg/day. Price mapping of salty and sweet glutinous opak for Territorial at kecamatan pandeglang for in produsen level is for about Rp. 80.000,00/kg, meanwhile in retailer level is for about Rp. 105.000,00/kg. Territorial at kecamatan Majasari for in produsen level is for about Rp. 75.000,00/kg, meanwhile in retailer level is for about Rp. 100.000,00/kg. and for Territorial at kecamatan Banjar for in produsen level is for about Rp. 75.000,00/kg, meanwhile in retailer level is for about Rp. 100.000,00/kg. Territorial market map product of glutinous opak at Pandeglang regency has 2 marketing area inside and outside of pandeglang city. The transportation that used for opak ketan distribution in pandeglang regency are motorcycle and car.
