- Cultivation of catfish is a cultivation that is quite easy to do because a lot of demand for catfish consumption, people's appetite to the need to eat catfish is very high, because catfish has special features especially Catfish Sangkuriang which has good resistance to some types of disease-causing bacteria. The methods used in this research is survey methods. Total cost of enlargement of catfish sangkuriang (clarias gariepnius var) issued by family pearls in 1 × production of Rp 25,267,594 consisting of fixed cost of Rp 1,323,094 and variable cost of Rp 23,944,500. Total revenue obtained is Rp 33.000.000 with the number of sangkuriang catfish production as much as 1,500 kilograms per one time production. From the production process, the profit earned every 1 × production for 3 months amounted to Rp 7,732,406, in the production of the pond land of 750 m2. Efficiently with R/C ratio greater than 1 is 1.30. Break Event Point in production is 219,614 kilograms and Break event point in income Rp 4,821,611.
