- A supplier of seaweed located in Banten provincial government distributed at various regions, one of them is Serang. Serang is one of district that has the good potential in the field of the cultivation of seaweed. In the district of Serang, the cultivation of Eucheuma Cottonii seaweed’stype spread at two districts namely Tirtayasa and Pulo Ampel Sub-Districts.The cultivation of seaweed Tirtayasa Sub-District precisely in the Lontar’s Village have been ready to count the results of that production. This research aimed to analyze of the large values of Break Even Point (BEP) and The Cost of Good Production (HPP) for determining the selling price of seaweed in the Lontar’s Village. Data were collected using a direct interview technique by the use of questionnaire. The respondents was took with survey’s method by the location of set in a deliberately in the Lontar’s village of Tirtayasa Sub-district, Serang. The technique of sampling in this research was usedsimple random sampling and method of sampling was used random number tables. The number of respondents cultivator of the seaweed was 89 people cultivator of the seaweed. The data in this research were the primary and secondary data. This research using Break Even Point (BEP) and The Cost of Good Production (HPP). The results of the analysis shows that the total admission obtained as much as Rp.6.399.775,28 per one time of the growing season with the average production 2.908,99 kg and average price of Rp.2,200 / kg which a total cost of production incurred cultivator of the seaweed in the Lontar’s Village was Rp.4.382.995,37 per one time of the growing season. The value of BEP was Rp.1.283.361,89, the production volume of BEP was Rp.584,318 kg., and HPP obtained to the cultivation of seaweed was Rp.1.506,70 / kg..
