- Focus in this research is the Performance of Integrated Services Center of Women and Children (P2TP2A) in handling cases of sexual violence against children in Banten Province 2012. This study using the theory of the performance of Agus Dwiyanto who had indicators such productivity, the quality of services, responsiveness, responsibility and accountability. This research used descriptive quantitative method, while the population in this research is all employees in the Integrated Services Center of Women and Children (P2TP2A) with samples 45 respondents. The data is collected by spreading the questionnaire, observation, the study of literature and documentation. The result showed that the performance of Integrated Services Center of Women and Children (P2TP2A) in Banten Province 61,4 % still low of minimum rate that is 65 %. This research also suggested to be equipped office facilities and infrastructure required, given trainings make time in terms of standardization of completing his job and run the programs required by the community particularly women and children.
