  • This study was motivated by there are some employees who lack discipline, there are employees who do not adhere to the rules of discipline predetermined time, direct supervision by a related discipline leader that tend to be low, making some employees lack a sense of responsibility towards the fields of his work and also make some employees are lazy and less rapidly in understanding the job. The purpose of this study was to describe the Performance Of Employees Revenue Service And Financial Management (DPPKD) Banten. Research method used is quantitative with descriptive approach and The Revenue Office And Regional Financial Management Province of Banten as the object of study. The sampling technique used in this study is Non Probability Sampling. In this sampling using Accidental Sampling method from a total population of 269 people. To get sample, researchers used formula Taro Yamane, then taken as sample is 160 people. Employee performance evaluation conducted by the researchers based on the theory of the performance of Stephen P Robbins in the book Organization Behavior, in theory there are 7 (seven) performance indicators: quality of work, quantity of work, cooperation, initiative, leadership, loyalty, and responsibility. There are two things that should be improved is the quality of work and quantity of work. The quality of the outcome work be improver by means of hold trainings that is specialized to employees, for example by held technical training financial management, management archive, management goods, technical training the preparation of reports accounting, training leadership, and etc. While quantity hard work be improved by granting additional income based on assessment performance and workload budgeted on APBD, it has to be done so that employees motivated to be able to improve its performance in finishing job met the target the set time.
